We understand that deciding to join a health fund for the first time, or even switching over from your current fund, is a big step. We want to make it easy for you, so once you join we’ll give you 30 days to try us out for free. If there’s anything you’re not happy about within the first 30 days, we’ll refund your money. And if you’re already an rt member looking at changing your cover, we’ll do the same for you too. (Of course, this opportunity to try out our cover risk-free is subject to usual waiting periods.)
